East Bay Resort – Kitchen, Pastry Area, Storage, Pool Bar
We are working with management and chef Vincent to create a one of a kind kitchen on South Caicos
East Bay Resort (EBR) is located on South Caicos, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, a country renowned for its award winning beaches. The resort features 86 modern suites, every one of which is oceanfront, featuring breathtaking views of the pristine white-sand beach, Turquoise Ocean, expansive blue sky and the resort’s beautifully landscaped courtyard. We are working with Roni and her staff to update the ktichen, to keep up with the demand of her gougous restaurant in Key Largo

The New Grand Tiki is illuminated by chandeliers and the 5,000 sq. ft paver patio is surrounded by a Bar ledge that allows you to sit right on the waters edge and enjoy the daily Sunset Celebration! The entire property is set within tropical lush plantings accented by tiki torches. Snooks is proud to offer our guests sofa lounge seating, the Beach and Sofa Lounges allow our guests even more seating and dining choices.

Working with Ted, Grant and the architects at Osterhaus McCarthy to create a special place on South Caicos
Sailrock embodies the spirit of “Barefoot Luxury”, offering a true Caribbean experience – welcoming, outdoor-oriented, informal and tranquil. The Shore Club

Rustic Inn Seafood Crabhouse – 50′ Combined Raw & Beverage Bar, Food Prep Area
Fort Lauderdale’s classic crab and seafood restaurant, The Rustic Inn Crabhouse, comes to Jupiter, Florida and is now open for lunch, dinner and casual drinks.
The Rustic Inn Crabhouse is now open in Jupiter, Florida (located at 1065 North Highway A1A, Jupiter, Florida 33477). Patrons can now enjoy classic crab and seafood recipes that have made the Fort Lauderdale location world famous for the past 60 years.
The menu, based on the Rustic Inn Crabhouse recipes, offers Golden Crabs, Blue Crabs, Queen Crabs, King Crabs and the restaurant’s world-famous Garlic Crabs. Other seafood favorites such as Clam Chowder, “You Peel ‘Em” Shrimp, Whole Broiled Lobster and other traditional seafood favorites are available. Classic pasta dishes, steaks, hoagies/heroes and Lunch Specials are also available, as well as a Kid’s Menu.
The beverage program features house-made barrel-aged cocktail, locally brewed beers and distilled rums, frozen drinks and an extensive list of single malt scotches, rye and hard-to-find bourbons.
The new Jupiter location is set in an elegant, yet “rustic” space, offering panoramic views of the Jupiter Lighthouse and the Loxahatchee River. The outdoor seating and bar area can accommodate over 200 patrons and with interlocking windows that open up onto the outdoor area, the entire restaurant can dine al fresco. Custom-made picnic benches and the outdoor bar complete the open-air experience. There’s even a dock to allow guests who travel by boat to berth their vessel. With a large dining room, three banquet areas and the largest outdoor seating, the new Rustic Inn Crabhouse can accommodate over 450 guests, perfect for any size party.
