Returns from overseas can be very expensive and must be carefully considered and discussed on a case by case basis to determine if they are necessary and to allocate responsibility. We are always willing to correct problems with shipments, but to protect all parties involved these problems need to be discussed and method of shipment & costs, restocking fees, customs clearance charges and other applicable fees must be agreed upon before the item/s are shipped. Secure re-packing of the product for shipment is the customers responsibility and goods received poorly packaged & damaged will not be credited. If a defect is noticed it should be reported to us within 24 hours of shipment arrival and you must be provide us with a written explanation and as many photographs as possible. All merchandise subject to a return must be in its original packaging, unused and unassembled. Custom items, may not be returnable or non-refundable.
